- Download the Adobe Flash Uninstaller: http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player.exe
- Log out and log back in to insure that all web browser processes are forcibly closed. All web browser processes must be terminated in order for Adobe Flash to be fully uninstalled.
- With all web browsers closed, run the Adobe Flash Uninstaller.
- Reboot the computer.
- Install the latest version of Adobe Flash from: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
- After installation, reboot the computer once more to confirm the error message is no longer displayed.
