How do you manually remove a Windows Service?

To manually remove a Windows Service, please perform the following steps:

1. Click Start - Run.
   
   
2. Type: regedit
   
   
3. Click OK.
   
   
4. Browse to KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services
   
   
5. Click the Folder that reflects the Service Name that you wish to remove.
   
   
6. Click the Delete key on your keyboard.
   
   
7. Reboot.
